Shipping Policy

NALEMIQ currently offers free standard shipping within the United States.

Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1–5 business days. Once shipped, standard US delivery usually takes approximately 2–4 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided by email.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Once an order has entered fulfilment, we may be unable to change or cancel it.

At launch, NALEMIQ is focused on customers in the United States. Availability may be expanded to additional countries in the future.
